24 hardy members toughed it out in gale force winds last night on the Rover. 23 were rewarded with a total of 243 sizeable fish being 226 Dogs, 8 Pout, 4 Whiting, 1 Dab, 1 Smut, 1 Conger, 1 Bass & 1 Thornback Ray. Well done all in that wind.Lewis Milam continued his form winning with 36 fish for 24.295kg.Rob Cooke was 2nd with 23 fish including a Smut at 2.381 kg for a total of 16.187kg.Craig Haynes had 22 fish taking 3rd with 13.534kg.Ethan Brown had 20 fish including a Thornback Ray at 1.673kg taking 4th with 13.352kg.Anton Hawkins took the last cash prize in 5th with 20 fish for 10.482kg and the Golden Fish with a Pout of 0.106kg.Heaviest Fish went to Dave Beale with a Conger of 2.980kg.Scott Masterton had a nice Bass at 2.353kg.Unfortunately, both Jimmy Ion & George Adam Rogo couldn’t fish last night so Lewis Milam won the 1st Shore Knockout despatching the hapless Rob Cooke

Another good turnout of 27 fished Highcliffe last night and welcome to new member Jess Dunham, you nearly beat your Dad. 😁
Not as manic as the last match but all but 1 still managed to record sizeable fish. There were 140 in total comprising of 99 Dogs, 36 Pout & 5 Rockling.
The top 6 cash winners were as follows:-
Lewis Milam continued his good form with 17 Dogs & 15 Pout for 10.722kg taking top spot again.
Rob Cooke was fortunate enough to find some bigger Dogs getting 11 for 6.406kg for 2nd.
Jon Purdie was the only person to fish East of ther car park and it paid dividends with 7 Dogs & 2 Pout for 4.450kg for 3rd.
Craig Haynes caught the second most fish but the sizes were smaller so with 8 Dogs & 5 Pout he took 4th with 3.628kg.
George Adam Rogo had 6 Dogs & 1 Rockling for 3.345kg for 5th.
Anton Hawkins was 6th with 6 Dogs & 2 Pout for 2.708kg.
Golden Fish was won by Tyler Williams with his only fish proving lucrative being a Five Bearded Rockling at 0.106kg.
Gavin Priday managed to stick 2 Dogs together for the heaviest fish at 0.936kg 😛

Another great turnout of 29 members for last nights match at Stokes Bay & Browndown with EVERYBODY managing to find sizeable fish.
315 fish recorded and returned being 282 Dogfish, 20 Pouting, 12 Whiting & 1 early Smoothound.
The top 6 cash winners were:-
1st Lewis Milam with a mammoth 46 fish for 20.593kg including the heaviest fish a Smut at 1.644kg.
2nd Craig Haynes who had a slow start but recovered with 19 fish for 9.923kg.
3rd Very close behind Ethan Brown with 20 fish for 9.505kg.
4th Jimmy Ion with 20 fish for 7.969kg. Don’t know how he found the time signing of Lew’s fish as well.😛
5th Stephen Paul Tyers showing he can catch from the shore as well with 16 fish for 7.955kg
6th Rob Cooke with 12 fish for 7.114kg

Thankfully, the weather stayed dry for us last night at Calshot and welcome to new members George Adam Rogo, Ethan Brown , Kevin Swanborough and Ryan Beale.
Fantastic turn out of 29 Seniors and considering recent reports it was good to see 25 recording sizeable fish. Thank god for the Dogfish 😁 with 81 caught together with 3 Pout and 3 Whiting.

2nd Darren Milam with 8 Dogs for 4.991kg also taking the Golden Fish & Heaviest Fish with one of 0.936kg for a bumper £81, no need to work today mate. 🙂
